Ian Campbell, David Mays, and Ron Nisius were present. Mayor and Clerk were present.
Discussion on final appropriations for 2007. The 2006 end of year balances are due to the county auditor some time around January 10.
Money for legal fees for the Gasper Township lawsuit and any payments for the judgement needs to he set aside.  David Mays says he needs a best and worse proposal from all departments. Mayor Suggs and Mr. Day would like to start a program for sidewalk repair.  Ron Nisius would like to see money for street repair, approximately $40,000 - $50,000. Maybe the village could set up a capital improvement fund.
