Time: 6:00 p.m. Village Council Chambers Present: Mitch Suggs, Village Mayor Bill Bliss, Zoning Inspector Russ Schenck Kevin Thorpe Marilyn Dafler Bill Bliss, Zoning Inspector, presented variances for the following: > Dave & Diane Thompson, 41 Smith Street for a room addition that would change the set back. The Thompson's also own the adjoining lots that would be affected by the set back. Mitch Suggs made a motion to grant the variance; seconded by Marilyn Dafler. Roll call vote: 3 Yea. > Darrel & Judy Day, 30 Elm Street, porch addition changing side lot from 8 ft to 3 ft. Kevin Thorpe made a motion to grant variance; Mitch Suggs seconded.
