The minutes of the July 5 and July 11 meetings were distributed. 
Motion:
Mitch Suggs made a motion the minutes be approved; Marilyn Dafler seconded; motion carried. 

A representative for Rick Webster of 17 Dewey Street asked for an extended time to relocate Mr. Webster's carport off the alley right-of-way.  The time to move the carport was extended to September 1.

Bill Bliss, Zoning Inspector, reported that Ben Branham, 52 Central Avenue, agreed to move the north side of the new garage to the existing foundation of the old garage and a permit was granted to Mr. Branham.

A store and lock facility owned by Dan Hoffman and located at 3 East Fourth Street appears to be undergoing some changes.  Mr. Bliss will contact Dan Hoffman and inquire about future plans for the facility.

Chris Day, Village Administrator, gave an update on the Dayton Street project.

With no further business, meeting was adjourned.
