               Marilyn Dafler

This is a special called meeting of the Village of West Alexandria Planning Commission.

Variance for building a new enlarged garage 6 feet from house, 3 feet off alley on the property of Ben Branham, 52 Central Avenue, was presented.  After discussion, Mr. Branham left the meeting. 
Motion:
Rod Blair moved the variance be denied; Marilyn Dafler seconded; motion carried.

Bill Bliss, Zoning Inspector, reported that the parking spaces for Greg and Lizzie Drakelman, 29 East Dayton Street, were resolved.  They agreed to making 2 asphalt parking spaces; one space 9 feet and one space 12 feet (handicap).

Ralph Habekost and Deborah Jorgenson presented the drawing and plot plans for the Honor Walkway at Peace Park.  Mitch Suggs moved the plans presented be submitted to the next Village Council meeting for their approval; Marilyn Dafler seconded; motion carried.
