I have proudly served the residents of West Alexandria for 25 years in the Village's government as a member of Village Council, Planning Commission, Zoning Inspector and most recently as Mayor from 2004 to 2008.
Teamwork is the key ingredient to the Village's success in preparing for the future.

Born in Pittsburgh, Pa., graduated from Scott High School majoring in the Scientific Program.  Received a Bachelor's Degree , Majoring in Physics and Math, from Lincoln University, Philadelphia, Pa.  Received a Master Degree in Solid State Physics  from Ohio State University.
Employed for 34 years by the Department of Defense as a research physicist in the field of Integrated Circuits Technologies.  Retired in 1990 and moved to Spartanburg, SC.
Served as treasurer for the Board of Trustees Of the Jefferson Regional Water Authority from 1982 to 1990.
Served on the Kingsberry Circle Wastewater Planning Board for 2 years.
Married the former Karen Hurst Goad in 1999 and relocated to West Alexandria, Oh.
