Meeting minutes from the January 3, 2005, were distributed. 
Motion:
Mayor Mitch Suggs moved the minutes be approved; seconded by Russ Schenck; motion carried.

Mayor Mitch Suggs reported that Russ Shiverdecker is not going to continue to serve on the Planning Commission.  Rodney Blair has been unable to attend due to job commitments but will remain on the Commission and attend as his schedule permits. 

Chris Day distributed copies of the South West Ohio Engineering Association (SWOEA) Standard Drawings prepared in March 1976 and approved by participating municipalities.  Chris recommended the Commission members review the standards and then revise or adopt the standards for our Village.

Chris presented an update for the South Golden Gate Sub-division (Brock Development).

A proposed ordinance for regulating the number of water meters and taps to multi-unit properties was reviewed.  Section 3 will be reworked and brought back for further review.

Mayor Suggs reported that the property management of the house for sale east of the Village on Route 35 has been contacted regarding annexation of the property and initially showed interest.  The other two property owners will also be contacted.
