Bill Bliss, Zoning Inspector, distributed copies of his reports for March and April.
Jim Robbins reported a house is going to be built by the lift station on Stotler Road and presented a description of the house. An easement on the property is needed for maintenance of the lift station and a zoning application is needed for the plot plan.
Chris Day reported that Kramer & Associates have assessed the water problem on the building lots on Robbins Way. Their elevation of the collection of the water that results in heavy rainfall can be improved by elevating the lots so that water can get from point A to point B. Mr. Robbins currently has these lots for sell.
