Minutes from the January 4, 2004 meeting were read.
Motion:
Motion to approve by Rod Blair second by Russ Shiverdecker, motion carried.

Zoning Inspectors Report:

There were no permits granted, but Mitch had three applications to review

Variance for David and Karen Mays was dropped because the shed was actually considered to be in their back yard instead of their side yard.

Mitch handed out a job description and desired qualifications for the zoning inspectors position.
Motion:
A motion was made by Rod Blair to send it to Council for their approval. second by Marilyn Dafler; motion was voted on and approved.

Rick Faber gave a presentation on Enterprise Zones, possibly something to look into in the future.

There was no further business.

Discussed drainage issues and street lighting at Robbins Way. Jim Robbins to send a letter explaining his method of controlling flooding in this area.

Mitch, as acting Village Administrator, agreed for the Village to supply and install the street lights at the south intersection of Robbins Way and Stotler Rd.
