OLD BUSINESS:
Motion:
David Mays moved to give the Clerk and Mayor permission to transfer line items within funds and to distribute up to $11,000 to the Ambulance Operating Fund from the Income Tax Fund until December 31, 2006, seconded by Ron Nisius. Roll call vote: 6 yea.

NEW BUSINESS:
Mayor has resignations from John Hurst which have been submitted from both the EMS and Fire Chiefs. Chief Bliss would like Anthony Cascio to be appointed as a volunteer firefighter. He has passed a physical exam and a drug screen.
Motion:
Russ Schenck moved to accept the resignation of John Hurst and the appointment of Anthony Cascio, seconded by Ian Campbell. VV: 6 yea.
Mr. Waldeck wants officers to patrol the school zone more. He also asked when the other school sign with times listed would be posted. Mayor replied when the state posts the sign.
