Minutes from the December 1, 2003 meeting were read.
Motion:
Motion to approve by Russ Shiverdecker second by Marilyn, Motion carried.
Motion:
Rod Blair moved Russ Schenck to be president of Planning Commission, Russ Shiverdecker second, Vote 5-0 motion passed.

Discussed zoning applications.

Discussed Modular verses Mobile Homes.
