FIRE:
David Mays reported that the department needs to transfer line items to make some vehicle repairs.
Motion:
Russ Schenck moved to transfer $5000 from the line item reserve to contract service in the Fire Operating Fund, seconded by Ian Campbell. Roll call vote: 5 yea.

INCOME TAX:
Karen Mays gave her report. She has received a "draft' ordinance from Jim Neusser and is reviewing.

BUDGET:
Still working on an investment policy.

SIDEWALKS:
Will meet with the clerk concerning restricitons on sidewalks.

STREETS:
Russ Schenck asked about the gravel alley by the depot. Chris Day will check.

OLD BUSINESS:
Russ Schenck stated the village has a second proposal on the pool. Discussion on whether to have an auction of the pool equipment and making the restrooms available to the park patrons.
Ron Nisius asked about the drain pipe on the water tower.

NEW BUSINESS:
None.
