The minutes for the February 6 and March 6, 2006, meetings were distributed.
Motion:
Steve Stockslager made a motion to approve the minutes; Kevin Thorpe seconded; motion carried.
Bill Bliss, Zoning Inspector, reported zoning permits were issued for a fence at 21 Dewey Street, signs at the lock & storage on East Second Street, temporary banner on the side of the building for thirty days at the Village Florist and the Church of the Brethren for a restroom addition.

Discussed the R-C 1 proposal and suggested adding per unit to the 1500 floor area requirements and under accessory uses remove0 C. Detached garage.

Discussed how to establish zoning requirements when a business vacates and another business moves in but no contact is made with zoning. Russ Schenck recommended that section 301.01 of the zoning ordinance be typed up and placed on the window or door of the building when business has vacated.

Discussed sidewalk standards and at the next meeting will establish a sidewalk plan.
