The minutes of the November 7, 2005, meeting were distributed. 
Motion:
Mitch Suggs made a motion to approve the minutes as corrected; Russ Schenck seconded; motion carried.

Mayor Suggs stated that Jim Gross would be attending the Village Council meeting this evening .  Mr. Gross is seeking development ideas for the Sauer property (including the home) located on St. Rt. 35 West.  After completed annexation of this property, zoning   needs to be established and Section 506 B-1 General Business District and Section 508 B-3 Central Business District ordinances were reviewed and discussed.

Chris Day, Village Administrator, reported that the Twin Valley Bank President had inquired about displaying outside in front of the bank temporary advertising signs.  Bill Bliss stated that regulations allow for temporary signs two times a year for a period of 14 days each time.  Chris will relay this information to the Twin Valley Bank President.
Motion:
With no further business, Mayor Suggs moved for adjournment.  The next meeting is moved to Tuesday, January 3, 2006, at 6:00 p.m.
